Why are Gig Harbor area
numbers important?
In addition to the searches available to you on this
website, I can do a more specific search in the MLS.
For example, say you only wanted to be in the City of
Gig Harbor. I would save a search in the MLS for area
# 1 with your name on the search (only real
estate agents can do this). Every time something
was listed in town
with your specific criteria, I would be notified and
in turn would contact you. If

The MLS lists Gig Harbor in separate areas, areas 1
thru 9. Area
1
is essentially
downtown Gig Harbor.
Area
6
starts
on the east site of Gig Harbor and covers the area
to the west up to Wollochet Drive until you reach the
waterfront
at Sunny Bay. Area 5 is all of Fox Island. Area 7
starts on the west
side
of Wollochet Drive and continues west
and north to Rosedale Street.
Area 3 is everything north of Rosedale Street, west
of Hwy 16, and south of the Purdy Bridge. Area 2 is
west of
Hwy 16 and the Purdy Bridge, south of the Kitsap
County line and noth of Creviston. Area 9 is the north
half
of the Key Peninsula (KPN) and area 4 is the south
half of
the Key Peninsula (KPS). |
